Products and orders

Read the selected color, dimensions, material and included quantity before purchasing. Product colors can appear different on screens. An order is subject to acceptance and product availability. If we identify an error affecting an order, we will contact you about the available resolution rather than silently substituting an item.

Prices and payment

Prices and checkout amounts are in USD. Applicable taxes, discounts and the final total are displayed before payment. U.S. standard shipping is free with no minimum. Use a payment method you are authorized to use and provide accurate billing and delivery details. Payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout.

Shipping, returns and cancellations

Our Shipping Policy explains the 1–2 business-day processing and estimated 3–5 business-day transit. Our Refund Policy explains the 30-day return window, eligibility and return postage. Contact us promptly to request an order change or cancellation; changes are assessed according to the order status and are not guaranteed after processing or dispatch.
